can use goolge contact sync or you can send all contacts to your e-mail as

I also had this issue. For me such thing happens when I debug my app with
SDK. In some cases when I push "Start" button I can't unlock screen
anymore. Next launch from SDK can fix such behavior.

about 2 hours ago (approx. 6:30 am CEST) I started the installation of OTA4.
However, ever since then my phone is stuck in a bootloop. Before installing the
update, which identified itself as "r23", I noticed that it was only about 230MB
in size instead of the 400+MB I expected.
