How are you trying to access the device? Maybe it's only available on
the Android side and does not have a generic Ubuntu driver?

isn’t it than a better solution to be able to be able to upload multiple click

And than let the store look if it has a click package for the targeted device ?
that way you only download what you need
This could also help to back port fixes to frameworks your current release

Well the only part you have less work is the uploading part.
You still need to build and test your app for every
architecture/framework you want to support

That's true, of course. Even though it also depends on how the build
process works. If it produces clicks for all targets at once, then
that's as easy as building one fat package. If we need to build all of
them separately, that will require much more manual user interaction.

My memory of this stuff is a bit fuzzy (and potentially 2 years out of

there being a qt-multimedia plugin that implements the radio service.
I'm only aware of two actual implementations of that, one for Symbian

I haven't looked into radio support at all yet, but what you wrote here
Mike seems to be the way to go - specifically that we most likely need a
libhybris wrapper around the Android driver bits that will then get
utilized by a qtmultimedia plugin that could live in qtubuntu-media.

I would say that's a pretty safe assumption based on the model of how we've
had to support other hardware within the device.
