Hi
This email is meant to give a heads up on an upcoming change in the
thumbnailer image provider component. It is available by importing the
thumbnailer module but due to various circumstances has also been
exposed via the basic components. This turned out to confuse Qt's Qml

There's a typo there, the module name should be written in uppercase.

Hi Jussi,
Music app is clearly affected.
By chance, will importing Mediascanner also import the Thumbnailer?
Also, the bug states this only affects those using an "image://thumbnail"
image provider, is this accurate?
Thanks,
Victor

Mediascanner does not import thumbnailer.

Can you tell more specifics about this? In particular describe the

Nexus 4 mako.
It's stuck at the "Google" boot screen, can't even get it into the
bootloader.
Here were the commands leading up to this:
charles@ghidorah:~$ adb reboot bootloader
charles@ghidorah:~$ XDG_CACHE_HOME=/tmp ubuntu-device-flash
--developer-mode --channel=ubuntu-touch/devel-proposed
As a workaround to get you going, have you tried forcing it back into the
bootloader with volumedown+power from an off state? From there you can
retry the command. I've had a similar experience recently, but retrying
seems to work most of the time.

Hello Gentlemen,
Any docs to show the usage of "import Ubuntu.thumbnailer 0.1" ? I wonder if
