Are there any plans to expose unity8 indicator qml binding present in
Ubuntu sdk , to allow user developed indicators ( such as cpu usage, or
hamster indicator ) for next generation Ubuntu desktop. Or do we have to
use qmenumodel .

It is true QT For Android can be painful when leaving the comfortable
confines of non-gui stuff because more probably than not you have to
resort to JNI work. i.e. Multimedia/3D/OpenCL/OpenGL, databases. That
