Well, good news, not sure if not earlier, but the latest ubuntu image is
finally booting again.
Still, no answer to the problem with font rendering, so please, if anyone
knows anything about it, please tell us.

Sorry, I think this is the correct error:
E/linker ( 2805): ics/linker.c:1598| WARNING: Skipping libc.so
D/libEGL ( 2805): loaded /system/lib/egl/libEGL_mali.so
E/linker ( 2805): 0 not unloading 'libMali.so', decrementing refcount
to 3
D/libEGL ( 2805): loaded /system/lib/egl/libGLESv1_CM_
About the error with the newer builds, this is what I got from the Logcat
message:
"E/linker ( 3107): ics/linker.c:1072| ERROR: Library
'/system/lib/libubuntu_application_api.so' not found"
and it repeats over and over again.

I can confirm the latest pre-built quantal builds boot to black screen on
my Samsung Note 2. I can connect to my phone using adb, though.
The last time I successfully booted to a GUI was on March 03. I will send
the last_kmesg shortly when I have access to my system.

Hi all!
I am porting Ubuntu Touch to the Galaxy Note 10.1
As many of you know, there is a problem with the font rendering.
One solution would be to revert the mali video driver back to r3p0.
This didn't work, the device didn't boot at all. I paid attention to the
proprietary files too.
