Have you closed telegram during removing and readding
the account?
And have you also tried to use a new account?

I then signed into Telegram for Ubuntu, and from Settings, I disabled and
then re-enabled No
I registered for a second ubuntu one account yesterday.
Using the new account solved the problem in my case.

I still have no notifications for telegram on my phone.
Twitter notifications have stopped almost 6 months ago, but telegram had
worked quite reliably until last weekend. Gmail and SMS notifications
work as expected.

I get the same delays on wifi (not 3g), and I don't have a desktop client
running eksewhere.

I have a probelm with telegram notifications, i get the green light
flashing but no audible noise
Its strange my sound has been working on telegram from the BQ that i got
from the second flash sale and worked through all the OTA's
Last week i noticed my phone didnt have enough disk space for OTA
