Hi guys,
same here, the voicemail notification keeps appearing on my BQ.

Hi John,
That does sound like it might be the same bug. I have marked it as it
affects me.
I'm in the UK on the EE network.

It sounds like this might be this bug:

It would be interesting to know which network you see it on.

Its Back!!
The voicemail notification is back and I can't get rid of it. I have tried
leaving myself a voicemail and deleting it, however this doesn't clear the
notification.
Is there a way to clear the notifications? if i delete it from the UI it
returns within an hour or so.
Thanks,

I did manage to get rid of my notification. I left myself a voice mail and
then deleted it. no terminal commands required!!

Did you see the bug report?
FWIW this is as designed, the notification shows you the number of voice
messages in your box. We get the report from the carrier and I can't think
of any way we could filter these even if we wanted to.

Is it maybe this bug?
https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+source/telephony-service/+bug/1360222
The only user level solution I have
I assume you already tried swiping the notification to the side and then
pressing the delete icon but it appears again afterward?

Make sure you listen to all voicemail messages in full length or delete
them. I had the same problem and they only got marked as "listened to"
after listening all the way through.

Is there any way to clear notifications?
I have a voicemail notification that I can't get rid of.
