Does anyone know how to trace its versions (currently 376) back to OTA
number or a commit revision?

Here is my attempt to get sound working at hammerhead.
The files are not final and i haven't tested everything, but they should
be fine to get speaker, headphones and sound during calls working.
Unpack the attached archive and copy the folder to "/usr/share/alsa/ucm/".

If I'm right, they've planned a 4.4 rebase, so I think they will provide
Nexus 5 images as soon as they to it.
