[Ubuntu-phone] GPS not working on Nexus 7

Hi everyone, I decided to start filing the bugs on my device. I'm using a Nexus 7 on OTA-8 and can say that my GPS is not working now and actually has never worked on previous versions. It's possible to 'turn it on/off' in the settings, but it has never been usable to the weather app or uNav
