unfortunately I can't give you an answer to your question, but there are some
other threads in the ML [1] which say that convergence is not yet possible at
all.

I was wondering if it is possible to get the convergence experience
running Ubuntu Touch on a Nexus 4. I currently have a Nexus 4 running
Ubuntu touch (stable) and have been using it as my phone for a while. I
have developed apps for it but now I want to try convergence with it.
