Hi I eventually got a build to succeed, it turned out some of the git repos had the wrong checkout, and after sorting that out things pretty much built ok. The build gave me a .zip to flash, however i have 2 problems: 1) the file is only 27mb, i must be missing something?? 2) the /boot on the ace
