This would result in some slightly odd-looking behavior, such as
the charge going *up* after the user stops doing an intensive
task (voltage sags under heavy load, and recovers when the load
stops)... and over time the "full" charge might end up being

It would be nice if the battery firmware (or whatever low-level
code converts its voltage to a percent) would stop trying so hard
to be smart. Sometimes dumb is better.

I had to disconnect the charger and reconnect it, then the charge started
again, waited some time and then I could turn it on again.

Maybe I was not clear, but the phone _was_ charging when I went to bed!
It went up to 100% and then suddenly it stopped charging and the battery
got drained.

alarm or id buy a alarm clock.
for sure.
relying on a phone that is not charging would not be logical to me.
im sorry to sound negative but i think this not a bug just human decisions
