You just do not have enough space on the screen.
You can however get around it by switching to Staged mode.
Then You need to lock rotation while in landscape and enable window mode
again and you will be able to minimize your windows because you will

The white screen in MX4 in stable.
They are so random, but I know users with those same bugs.
