[Ubuntu-phone] DO NOT UPGRADE TO THE LATEST RTM-PROPOSED IMAGE

During sanity testing there was an issue noticed with the update system on the latest RTM-proposed image. Please do not upgrade Krillin to 195, mako to 163 or the Spanish version to 144. If you do it can be resolved from a pc in order to update. -- You Make It, I'll Break It! I Love My Job :)
