smoketesting in both ubuntu and ubuntu-rtm, sadly. Some were related to
our tools not supporting multiple distributions (for instance
pull-lp-source) while others were related to the recent developer mode

last night the new adb landed in the utopic image (rtm to follow later
today) as part of the new developer mode option. one security
requirement of this is that adb does not start if there is no password
set and that it only lets you in as phablet user (to protect sudo
access)

You right, there were no kit associated to device. I removed all kits
from click, restarted ubuntu-sdk, and created kit from devices section:
