Hi, I would like to write an application, which emulate a torch. My
doubt is, if I can test, in some way, the hardware input/output. I
mean... How I know if pushing on a specific button (in my case), I
really turn on my phone's light?

I actally think I would be possible (to dual boot) , I read it on XDA
somewhere . But we have to wait and see what people do when the code is
out .

But I think you can run Ubuntu Phone apps on Ubuntu Desktop to test them.
