Hi folks,
the merge-list [1] has been updated to match latest MoM-logs [2], and thus
some merges that have been marked as fixed, are marked as new again.
In numbers, our new merge-count went up from 95 to 208.

Since this package is quite small one, it might be well suited to just try out

Hi folks,
the first two stable release update candidates have landed in -proposed, so
please test:
* dapper-proposed:
+ gcl, #43150
* edgy-proposed:
+ oprofile, #69455
in case you find any regressions with these, don't hesitate to append this to
the given sru-request bugs.

Hi folks,
here's the MOTU-SRU-Report, W49:
First of all, we've been doing some cleanup on our queue and rejected bugs
that were not SRU-ready due to missing patches.
Also we've been internally discussing two minor points in the current SRU
policy:
* the tags to use, once a package makes it in

Hi folks,
this time I've got two bugs from motu-sru which nobody cared for yet. Both are
really low-hanging fruit, so we only need YOU to take care for providing
debdiffs, doing the upload, finding testers and so on.
If you want one, please make yourself the assignee to the bug in question.

Hi folks,
I've just been looking over the proposed process from Daniel, and tbh I don't
think it will - in its current form - help in any way to improve the current
situation with new packages. Nonetheless, there are some bits, I like with
it. Please see this as constructive criticism to get th
Hi folks,
Let's stick our heads all together once again.
Thus, I'm calling for a motu-meeting once again. The only thing in question is
the date and time yet; I guess we'll have enough things to discuss.
1. proposal: This Friday, 12/15/06, 20.00 UTC
2. proposal: Next Wednesday, 12/20/06, 22.00
The missing link, sorry where is my head today *g*

Not yet. Please everyone add points you'd like to discuss to [1].
As of writing this mail, I just added some points that came instantly to my

Hi,
the decision is a little bit early, because Andrew reminded me gently:

The winning date is:

the decision was actually to discuss the release dates on ubuntu-devel-discuss
mailing list.

Hi folks,
first of all, there have been more changes to the SRU-policy, but none were
dramatic:
* Jordan Mantha pointed out, that if a MOTU sponsors a non-MOTU with an SRU
request, the MOTU still needs to make sure that the package in question
builds and will work, even if the whole motu-sru t
