[Ubuntu-manual] Nautilus is now called Files

Because Nautilus is now called Files, I have renamed Nautilus to Files in ubuntu-desktop.tex. Since section and label also changed, references to this section should also use the new name. \section{Files file manager} \label{sec:files} \index{Files} Hannie _
