As you can see from screenshots - half of the process works well.
I had a little issue when I took a break, closed install setup and later
continued with taking "keyboard-setup". QS in this case hadn't started
ubiquity so I had to click on recapture first screenshot and hit Back when
ubiquity start

In Germany we use these: »…«
They have the following unicode:
»: 00BB ; Alt-Gr + y
«: OOAB ; Alt-Gr + x
Is it possible to correct it in the tex-file?
