Hi guys,
I just noticed that there's a lot of inconsistencies in the keystroke
examples. Should pressing Alt and Tab together be:
Alt+Tab
or
Alt + Tab
i.e. with or without spaces?

Or perhaps with a dash instead of a plus, like "Ctrl-N" on page 50? ;-)

Yeah, I changed that to a "+" for the moment, but that's more for ease
of finding it again than any permanent decision. I'm not so sure it
would look good with more than two keystrokes (e.g. Ctrl-Shift-Tab vs.
Ctrl+Shift+Tab vs. Ctrl + Shift + Tab).

For the keystrokes, use + as the separator and do not use spaces.
Also, the key names should be capitalized. So it should be: Alt+Tab,
Ctrl+N, Ctrl+Alt+Del, Enter, Shift, Esc, Backspace, Home, Ins, PgUp,
PgDn, F1, etc.
