After permissions changed I saw that Translation group changed to
Launchpad translators. Don't you think that Ubuntu translators group is
better for Ubuntu manual translation than Launchpad group. Ubuntu
translators groups have more experience translating everything

Unfortunately the IRC council is using #ubuntu-meeting for their meeting
at 2000UTC, so we won't be able to use it.
