Actually, I think i do know the problem.
lp:ubuntu-manual is pointed at the maverick branch of the ubuntu-manual.
As this branch is still being worked on, the translations from rosetta
(launchpad) have not been merged into the branch yet.
So you will not be able to make anything ot
