For some reason this crocodoc tool is showing highlights but not the text
comments -- while entering you see them, but not from another browser
instance. To see the comments you seem to have to need to export the PDF
with markup and then they all show up...
Or am I doing something wrong?

Hi Andy,
Comment like this is exactly what we need. Many thanks!
There is still some work to do for the editors. If editors take care of
"their" chapter or section, I think we can have an (almost) perfect
document in no time :)

Regarding terminology, should it be called: Dash, dash, the Dash, or the dash?

Hi again,
I went through Draft 5 (trying not to repeat the comments which I made in
Draft 4), @Hannie in passing I commented on the highlighted bits without
comments (at least what I thought they could be).

Yeah i think that's a common issue. I remember when i was trying to get the
Greek manual built, that was one "traditional" bug -Kevin fixed such bugs
pretty quickly-.
Have a nice week !

Hey all,
Im just looking through the online draft now, and I notice that all of the
references are incorrect. e.g. My section on Using Instant Messaging is
listed in the Table of Contents as page 66, but appears on page 68 in the
text.
I have reason to believe that the LaTeX file compiler was only
John, Hannie,
I suspect that some of this was due to our bulk upload of
changes occurring in the .tex files.
i'll go back through draft4 to see what's 'still' there.
Kevin, I assume draft4 is still there?

Good Point, Hannie.
Team,
Please use the comment feature and let us know what concerns you have. Its
great to use the highlighting,
but more helpful to tell us what the specific issue is..
Thanks for all you do!

Hi,
I have added some comment here: https://crocodoc.com/FcDBmlM.
I can see in this document that text is highlighted, but there is no
comment. It is not always clear what the problem is.
