I am currently reorganizing the Quantal authors/editors spreadsheet. What strikes me is that Advanced Topics is not a separate chapter. I had a look at the pdf file and I think Advanced Topics is part of Software Management, starting from section "Ubuntu for advanced users" till "encryption".
