It was for wiki docs team, however, if the manual team want a copy of that
and fine tune it their needs, they are more than welcome. One thing I have
learned in my time as a wiki person is that time spent trying to re-invent
the wheel is time wasted!

Just out of curiosity, was that meant for the Ubuntu Documentation team
or for the Ubuntu Manual team? I only ask, because the bzr commands look
to be for the Ubuntu Documentation team (along with some of the other
information from the page).
If it's meant for the Docs team, I can't say for sure h

This all stems from way back, when I noticed that the Advanced Topics
and Troubleshooting chapters were reversed on the spreadsheet. That was
fixed, but the author and editor information wasn't. So I mentioned it
to Jim, and he fixed the author names (but must have missed their email
