Well my initial attempt (the blurry ones) was because I had everything
running in a virtual machine, and I was taking the screenshots from my
host machine (of the window). I think when I was able to take the
screenshots from inside of the virtual machine itself, they came out

If I remember correctly (and I'm sure Kevin, John, or someone else will
correct this), the ubuntu repository version isn't the full version (or
at least doesn't have some of the needed features). Here is the code to

Usually the "wider" screenshots seemed better on pdf, at least that's my
impression.
