If you're editing the tex files directly, then you'll want to run the
following commands:
bzr add filename (chapter2.tex or whatever the file is called)
bzr commit -m "message in quotes"
bzr push parent
If you're doing it through Google Docs or another fashion, then you'll
have to wait for someone
I have had a look through the nautilus to end of chapter section, and made some
changes, including that you can now change the size of launcher icons. Where do
I need to put it?

Hi John,
I submitted my revised version last night. Feel free to proof-read it and
suggest any changes, and I'll incorporate them tonight. As for the
screenshots, I'll be getting them today. In fact, I may grab them right
now (as I'm on a the Live CD doing a reinstallation).
When I'm up and runn
I'm doing a complete reinstall of 12.04 right now, so when it's finished
I'll try adding your ppa and installing Texlive from it.

I am not familiar with the intricacies of LaTeX and the screenshot macro,
but that is how it does it bu default. The person editing the LaTeX markups
may be able to help.
@kevin, is there any way to better control the placement of screenshots
among paragraphs?
