Problem is solved.
I was assuming that, all daemons will be available in Kernel Source, but
actually they are available nfs-utils available on SourceForge.
In apt-get they are bundled in NFS-Kernel-Server, but I dont want to use
that.

Basically daemon required for NFS are not there like rpc.mountd & few
other. But NFS
