I hope it can be done in mail clients ( like evolution or outlook ) .
Setup ur gmail in the client and u can even add csv files

You didn't mention the purpose?
That would give a better idea of what to advice. The processor choices are
too basic and the RAM would be wasted. See if you can use a old 512MB RAM
and put the money you save on a better processor. Just asked here a few days
ago- 500GB Seagete for 1875/-. better to
Remove the harddisk and get USB drive (can do a live booting) or install on to
USB
16 G will cost u around 500 (u will save about 1K)
Am saying this without hearing what's the purpose ;)
