Some times when i start ubuntu it's panel get invisible or the buttons
of window get removed

I need a non brown ambiance theme with full black panels . The older
ambiance of ubuntu 10.04 LTS looks odd i have seen black theme in some
sites but dont know where to get please pals help me in getting this
