eviacam fail because of opencv

Hi all together, eviacam fails while starting up: andreas@Affenzahn:~$ eviacam [ WARN:0] global ../modules/videoio/src/videoio_c.cpp (15) cvCreateCameraCapture cvCreateCameraCapture doesn't support legacy API anymore. Has anyone an idea? eviacam version 2.1.4-2 linopencv* version 4.2.0+dfs
