Yeah, I doubt Debian upstream would care as they're not about to commit to
an LTS— they can just wait for Eigen 3.4. :)

The package in Focal for the linear algebra package Eigen is already at its
newest version, 3.3.7:

My concern is that this version was released in 2018 and does not include a
fix for the deprecated-copy warning that's now on by default in GCC9
