By default stud support TLSv1. Do we have any development going on with
STUD, to support TLSv1.2 ?
If already supported, where can I find the latest version of the package ?

"sysdefault" group, that I don't have properly configured.
SystemD is in process of substituting this kind of scripts, and make all
automatically managed.

Back in the Precise days, the cgroup-bin package provided a script
create_default_cgroups
This was in libcgroup source 0.37.1-1ubuntu10.1
And its role was to populate the "sysdefault" cgroup
However, in more recent releases, this script is no longer shipped with this
package.

Sorry, I cannot parse this.
You use "initctl" as user for the user upstart, and you don't use it
as root for system
