Hi,
We have made a clean install minimal install of the
ubuntu-9.10-server-i386.
After the dirty power off (PC disconnected from the electricity when Ubuntu
was working - no halt command issued before the electricity disconnecting)
Grub2 stops in the menu and requires manual action (pressing the E
apt-get source apache2-mpm-prefork should set you on your way.
Add -g to the CFLAGS in debian/rules, and then I think "make -f debian/rules"
will be all you need. I'm neither an ubuntu nor debian developer, so anybody
please correct me if I'm wrong. :)
