Design? What do you mean? :-) I think I have uploaded the ubuntu-cy site image sources (inkscape svg). They're in artwork bzr branch if I recall well. If I haven't and you need them, I'll figure out a way to upload them! On the other hand, if you need to change anything radical just make a mock-up

As per Wordpress, there's a way of translating it via LaunchPad, plus installing WPMLdoes the translation pretty well. One thing left out - *design* issue.
