Got the Problem too, when transfering large files to or from the ntfs
partition, the system becomes barely useable (Core2 Duo).
I can observe high system load in my Gnome Panel system monitor, but can't
confirm high cpu load, ( at least not in htop).

Still don't know if this was the right bug description for me.
The things I had and are visible in the video i posted earlier are still
present if i boot in kernel -19 gone with >-20.
so for my bug obiviously was a kernel issue and not radeon!

But, now I think, that reset BIOS setting on defaults may also help in

But i killed Pulseaudio and when i play directly via alsa the problem is even

the only working "fix" i found so far is installing shiki-colors; they have an
extra setting for window borders:

Running apport-collect with the parameters above makes it frezze at the
second "KeyError: 'Problem Type'" message. Is it something that I do in

I am printing a lot of files using Plik -> Drukuj... -> Drukuj do pliku
(File -> Print -> Print to file).
Selecting output file are a bit ugly, because I must seperately select
output filename and output directory. This is not a typical way to
select save file.

I have two NUC PCs and both are doing the same thing. Systerm seems fine
for an hour or two, then suddenly the screen goes blank, audio through
the monitor stops. This may last for 1 to 20 seconds or so. It may do it
again a minute or two later or it may be over an hour later.
This is definitely an interesting case. The bug report is essentially a
packaging request for the Office Manager (Medical) software, not a
traditional "bug" in Ubuntu itself.
Since this request dates back to 2008 and is marked as "Won't Fix" for
Feisty Backports and "Wishlist" in Ubuntu, it means
