[Bug 690223] [NEW] cnee does not record events under maverick

2010-12-14 Thread xylo
Public bug reported: Binary package hint: xnee I'm not sure if this is a bug in xnee or in xorg: gnee and cnee do not record any events under Ubuntu Maverick, whereas they work fine under Ubuntu Lucid. I tried also the latest xnee release (version 3.07) from http://savannah.gnu.org/projects/xnee

I was in a similar situation 1 year ago. Suddenly my mount script for my crypted devices did not work anymore, because mount.crypt wanted to have a cipher. Finally I solved the problem by writing a wrapper script for mount.crypt (see attachment) providing the old functionality. ** Attachment add

Thanks for the tip. aptitude purge nvidia-common and aptitude install nvidia-common fixed the problem for me, too. (I have an nvidia card, but I cannot say whether the second step is really needed.) -- package linux-image-2.6.32-23-generic 2.6.32-23.37 failed to install/upgrade: run-parts: /et
