Binary package hint: gnomad2
The current version of gnomad2 (2.9.1-1ubuntu1) depends on libmtp8 but
when it is executed, it looks for libmtp.so.7. I tried rebuilding in a
clean chroot for intrepid but the result is the same. Installing
libmtp7 makes it possible to execute t

from a terminal window, I see an error that indicates that gnomad2 is
trying to load libmtp.so.8. If I install the libmtp7 from a previous
version of ubuntu, then the program will execute correctly.

There should be a new version going into Debian today, 0.61.
Unfortunately, I have been unable to get upstream to label his zip file
distribution with a version number so I only find out about a new version
when I specifically look for it.
