I wrote this to correct and add more information to my 20090611 writing.
None of ubuntu updates were suspected as the "Untitled Windows" does not always
appear. Normally, I access the internet via a built-in LAN adapter. Just when I
want to print some things I plug an RJ45 in for a connection to
Jaunty on ECS Green 733, 256Mb RAM:
I found libssl.so.0.9.8 in /lib/.
Here is my attemp:
1. rename the errored libssl to other name (or delete it):
wi...@wijit:/usr/lib/googleearth$ sudo mv libssl.so.0.9.8 tmp-libssl.so.0.9.8
2. make a symbolic link to the libssl located in /lib/

i've got the same warning dialog but slightly different camorama -D
result. Here it is:

I did wrongly report this issue as a bug. However, I'm not the only one
who commit this there are at least 2 threads that refer to this problem
#409532 and #383445. They should be removed from the bug report or
changed to other forum too.

It seems to me that gstreamer0.10-ffmpeg was already installed in 9.04
either by the 1st time setup or by one of the regular updates. I think I
did not do it. However, what I want to inform here is that with 9.04
which follows regular updates installation of ffmpeg either by sudo apt-
