upgrading to Linux ubuntu 2.6.24-15-generic - I believe it stopped
working at 2.6.24-14 - it was working fine (every second windows boot
though) with 2.6.24-12

Frankly stupid- it should just silently delete the files, if that is my
preference. Ok, then the reason suggests that there should a corresponding
option somewhere in the preferences.
Actually this bug is not that stupid. What's stupid is that somebody "fixed"
this bug, and now it is impossible
