文件浏览器的一个bug
条件：
1，在文件浏览器的同一个窗口中打开两个标签页。
2，第一个的标签页有超出一页的显示范围，即右侧出现了竖直滚动条。
结果：
第一页的滚动条消失了。
而且，经过测试，发现不管第二页是否有滚动条，第一页的滚动条都会消失。
