Public bug reported:
Tried to change date/time settings via the clock menu. It fails, nothing
opens.
ProblemType: Crash
DistroRelease: Ubuntu 16.10
Package: unity-control-center 15.04.0+16.04.20160413-0ubuntu1
ProcVersionSignature: Ubuntu 4.4.0-22.39-generic 4.4.8
Uname: Linux 4.4.0-22-generic x8
Fix:
Needed to add in
EXTRA_CFLAGS += -fno-pie -fno-stack-protector
to /usr/src/nvidia-364-364.19/Kbuild
And to top /usr/src/bbswitch-0.8/Makefile
EXTRA_CFLAGS := -fno-pie -fno-stack-protector
Then issue a command:
ls /usr/src/linux-headers-* -d | sed -e 's/.*linux-headers-//' | sort -V | tac
|
Already mentioned, of course, but to sum it up ^

Issue is not reproducible. No more conflicts at the moment.
It seemed to be caused be installing updates through the gui. Maybe some
questions were to be asked, but it did not do so, so it was stuck in between
the updates?
