Public bug reported:
fetch-crl 3.0.20-1 on Ubuntu 20.04
dpkg -L fetch-crl | egrep 'systemd|cron|init'
/etc/cron.d
/etc/cron.d/fetch-crl
/etc/init.d
/etc/init.d/fetch-crl-boot
/etc/init.d/fetch-crl-cron
/lib/systemd
/lib/systemd/system
/lib/systemd/system/fetch-crl.service
/lib/systemd/system/fet
This is particularly in the way with CentOS 7 it seems where when the
system reboots the boot process stops early as /tmp is not writable.
