Exact the same hardware exept:
2x AMD Opteron 2372 HE, 2x Quad-Core
8 GB DDR2 ECC Registered
2x 500GB SATA
HW RAID1
But operating system is Debian 4.
This is somehow related to the iRMC / ServerView because it broke up at the
same time when the problem occured.

i achieve to uninstall and purge rpcbind, after deleting some
configuration files that i modified.
the big problem was rpcbind prevented the system to be stopped cleanly.
