I've recently installed Kubuntu Karmic 9.10 from new. I'm not completely new to
Linux, tough.
Couldn't say when this bug started exactly, but it probably came with this

I own a MSI-Wind netbook and i've previously been using Ubuntu 8.10 and Kubuntu

I've recently discovered that i can avoid the problem simply logging out. So:
1) I'm logged in and press just once a brightness fn keys
2) I think: "Oh no, not again! -.- "
3) Close all the applications i have and simply log out the system
4) In the "welcome login display" where i'm supposed to ins
