Binary package hint: rhythmbox
when rhythmbox is running and i connect my LG KC910i smartphone (that is
set to ´music sync´ mode > so it presents itself as a mp3 player to the
pc) rhythmbox crashes.
i can reproduce it 100% on 2 different pc´s (1 real install and 1 Wubi

- i am experiencing these reconnects when i am sitting at my desk, so i'm not
moving (and neither are the AP's i think ;-)
- i have seen this happen while i'm working on my laptop, so my laptop is not
going to sleep/standby/powersave at that moment

just tested the following to make sure that there is no power save kicking in
- i started a simple 1-sec interval ping from my wlan adapter to google (ping

- since my wlan connection is active BUT my laptop is also connected to our
network via a wired connection (via

@Seth : fyi i'm using a thinkpad (W510, core i7) and all the AP's are cisco

Retested this on a 64bit machine that i upgraded to 10.10 yesterday (18 okt
