Same issues on HP Pavilion TX2000, amd64, GeForce Go 6150. NVIDIA Driver Version: 185.18.14 on Linux-x86_64 All patches installed. I'm also running compiz, but without it's the same thing. This issue really drives me crazy since I had a similar problem with Ubuntu 8.10. I think that issue was fix
