Yes it was. Removing dbus-user-session seemed to help. It is a little
bit hard to tell as I seldomly restart (but did to test this). Another
solution that seemed to help (also mentioned in the tilix issue) it
manually running gnome-keyring-daemon (works until next restart).

Since a recent update, probably the one that added sandboxed tabs, frequently
one or more tabs become unselectable. This can be a tab with content or an
emtpy/new tab.
The result is that the tab cannot be selected, and cannot be closed until a
restart.

On Xubuntu 15.04 with XFCE 4.12, the bug is still active.
There is now no need of the snapshot widget to reproduce the bug.
To reproduce the bug, just boot the Xubuntu ISO as a live-CD into a VirtulBox,
open a Thunar window then drag it.
