Hi, I honestly don't know how this is happening. A friend I am no longer talking to has had the same problem simultaneously, on a vanilla ubuntu 7.10 installation. I won't go to the newer version because the Audio applications in UbuntuStudio are dodgy in 8.04. I'm not hip enough to be able to d
