Hello folks,
I did read the solution and got my headset working.
Just a gui type solution would be nice i guess :).
I use intrepid 64bit version and redirecting sound to
my bluetooth headset works, but only static arrives.
Thats not related to this bug however :-)

Thank you roberto.
My bluetooth headset (for phone usage) needed pin 1234 instead of
:-(.
Can't the developers attempt to connect to the bluetooth device again if
automation fails?
Only this time just ask the user for the pin?

I created a log as request by post #2.
This is what I did.
1. Opened evolution
2. Went to calendar
3. Selected the tickbox next to Calendar using Caldav (Evolution now asks for
password it keeps forgetting).
4. Entered correct password and Evolution opened the calendar.
5. Closed evolution

Having followed the solution from Vincenzo Mazzotta it worked for me.
But the issue just comes back. How do i prevent it from returning?
I am not sure why it came back, I think it's because the package manager
automatically installs the repository ffmpeg.
How do I prevent that from happening?
#246 how did you conclude no memory leaks?
I applied the backclear patch and for me it has the same effect as the
no-backfill patch.
Uptime 23 hours
Xorg memory usage: 2.5 GB ()
To me both patches are workarounds. I find it hard to consider either a proper
fix :(.

When i encoutered this issue I upgraded from 9.04 to 9.10 Alpha 4 (or

I downgraded again to 9.04.
Now I upgraded to 9.10 beta and all works fine.

Furthermore I am unsure if this is necessarily flash related.
I am unable to select a default sound-card in the control panel (the "Default
soundcard" program doesn't start).
For any further info please ask.

This bug also occurs in Karmic Alpha 5.
I have tried the no backfill x-server, however it seemed that the
X-Server will eat more and more memory over time.
I'm really puzzled since this worked flawlessly in 8.04 :(.
Are we sure this is an issue with the X-Server?
Or does it lie with the ati driv
I think it was fixed in Karmic back then. I cannot even recall the

I suggest you close this bug.
